Hallo, mein Name ist Katharina…

Dass ich einmal Stillberaterin sein möchte, wusste ich schon vor meiner eigenen Pubertät. Die Erfahrungen meiner Mama mit dem Stillen Ende der 70er-Jahre weckten früh meine Neugier. Über das buLLLetin, die damalige Zeitschrift der deutschsprachigen La Leche Liga, begann ich mich bereits in meiner Jugend intensiv mit dem Thema Stillen auseinanderzusetzen.


Fast zehn Jahre begleitete ich ehrenamtlich als La-Leche-Liga-Beraterin Mütter und Babys. Seit 2018 bin ich selbstständig in der Stillberatung tätig, seit 2022 als Still- und Laktationsberaterin IBCLC.


Meine große Leidenschaft gilt dem Zusammenspiel von Körpersystemen und -funktionen und deren Einfluss auf Gesundheit, Wohlbefinden und Alltag. In meiner Beratung schaue ich deshalb immer auf die Gesamtsituation, suche nach tieferen Ursachen und Zusammenhängen und bin überzeugt: „Üblich“ ist nicht immer „normal“. Mein Ziel ist es, Funktionen nachhaltig aufzubauen und zu optimieren.
